I’m here to help you thrive.
LoveYours Therapy was created to be a space where ambitious women can lay down perfectionism, be fully seen, and begin the journey back home to themselves.
Through evidence-based therapy and faith-informed care (if desired), I help women soften self-criticism, heal old wounds, and move forward with confidence and compassion.
Therapy designed to meet you where you are.
YOU’RE NOT ALONE.
Life can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll create space to breathe, reflect, and build tools for lasting change.

MY APPROACH
Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Because no two stories are the same, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to create space for compassion, empowerment, and peace. For clients who desire it, I also offer a faith-informed perspective—integrating spiritual values and practices into the healing process in a way that feels authentic and supportive to you.
These methods offer both practical tools and deeper ways of reconnecting with yourself—helping you soften self-criticism, heal old wounds, and step into a life that feels aligned with your values and worth. Together, we’ll explore what feels most supportive for your unique path forward.

CBT helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. When unhelpful patterns keep you stuck, we work together to notice them and create new, healthier ways of thinking and responding. This approach is practical and skills-based, giving you tools you can use in everyday life to reduce stress, shift perspective, and feel more empowered.

ACT is about creating space for your feelings while also moving toward what matters most to you. Instead of fighting your thoughts or emotions, we’ll focus on building resilience and self-acceptance by blending mindfulness, values exploration, and action planning towards creating a more meaningful life.

Our bodies often hold on to stress and trauma in ways the mind alone can’t resolve. Somatic Experiencing is a gentle, body-based approach that works with the nervous system to support healing. Instead of focusing only on thoughts or memories, SE explores how trauma shows up in the body through patterns like fight, flight, or freeze. By gently working with these patterns, SE helps release tension, restore balance, and bring a sense of safety back to the nervous system. Through guided awareness of your body’s signals, you can build resilience, feel more grounded, and reconnect with your inner strength.

SFT centers on your strengths and the future you want to create. Rather than staying stuck in the problem, we’ll highlight what’s already working and build practical steps toward your goals.

Self-compassion is the practice of treating yourself with the same kindness you would offer a loved one. Learning this skill can quiet the inner critic, bring healing to painful emotions, and help you feel more at peace with who you are.
